Do not give people a copy of your passport, or a photo of your bank card. I turned around and went to and suggest you do the same thing. You are making a simple transaction that you can make securely using Google pay. NO ONE should be asking you for this information. After wasting my time with more copy pasta, I FINALLY got him to tell me that I needed to upload my PASSPORT, a SELFIE OF ME (Passport has a photo of me DUH!) and a photo of my bankcard which ALL BANKS tell you to NEVER DO! No matter if you blur out the numbers or not! At this point, I was extremely pissed off. Then, after telling him to stop copy pasta me a bunch of canned replies, I asked him what I needed to do. By the way, he said he is from Malaysia, but payment shows OffGamers Singapore. I told him no, he's wrong, and I showed him a screen of my phone that showed I made the payment. He told me that I needed to authorize the payment on my end. For several minutes, I tried to understand what is going on. I contacted support to ask what was going on and some Thiega (not sure of the spelling 100%) started sending me some canned responses about their company verifying etc. After waiting 30 minutes, it told me to contact support. But then on my third purchase of a Steam gift card, the system told me it was verifying with a counter that was at 30 minutes.
